Information Accuracy Declaration

Consultation Fee	AUD 90.00 (plus GST) for clients located in Australia PHP 3,500.00 for clients located in the Philippines AUD 100.00 for clients in all other international locations
Duration	Each consultation session is 30 minutes in length.
Time Zone	All consultations are scheduled according to Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) – Perth Time. If you are located in Eastern Australia or outside of Australia, please take the time difference into account.
Availability	Consultations are available on weekends only. After booking, we will contact you to confirm the next available time slot.
Urgent Matters	If your situation is urgent or time-sensitive, please proceed with the booking. We will do our best to accommodate you sooner, depending on availability.

Scope of Consultation	The consultation is intended to provide initial advice on a single matter, as agreed upon at the time of booking. Please note: The consultation does not include ongoing support, responses to follow-up questions, or advice on additional, unrelated issues. This is not a retainer service, and it does not grant unlimited access to the agent after the session. If you need assistance with another matter or require continued support, we kindly ask that you book a separate session or formally engage our services. This ensures we can provide each client with focused, high-quality service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling	Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Refund Policy	Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed, except in cases where the agent is unavailable or an error occurs on our part.
Privacy & Confidentiality	All information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
